We sit down with school social worker Jessi Hasanbegovic to talk about attendance. We discuss county attorney referrals, resources for students and families that struggle with attendance, and other assorted topics.

We get the chance to hear about two college going programs we have here at Northwest High Magnet School. The first is Avenue Scholars, with our head person being Taleya Broadway. Second we will here from Bri Ridenour, one of our College Possible coaches.

We talk about the different branches, benefits of being the military, qualifying and the steps for service, the selective service, and how to teach out to school counselors here at Northwest.
