Ep. 100: Who Are We Now?
The final episode of "I Have a Question with Rachel & Walls" is here! In this farewell extravaganza, Rachel & Walls ponder all things 100:
How would we spend $100?
Where in the world would we go on a 100-mile trek?
Who would we invite to a 100-minute-long dinner party?
What does it say on page 100 of the book nearest us at the time of recording?
What item would we distribute 100 of?
What new place would we want to experience for 100 days?
What might our 100th birthdays look like?
And at the end of it all, we ask: who are we now, after this podcast journey?
An enormous, spectacular, full-hearted "THANK YOU!!" to all our listeners and loyal supporters for tuning in over the past 99 episodes!!! Ep. 99: Curb Your Perfectionism
In their penultimate episode the hosts reflect on a glorious weekend away with their college friends. They've got a party game to really get you laughing amidst the intense world news and a speed round of catch-up questions for Walls. SPOILER: She announces which cheese is The Best Cheese! Then Rachel reveals which shows she'd like to remake, and star in, before two more poetic recs to get your Cancer season feelings going. They'll be back for one more episode next week!

Ep. 98: ¿Por Qué No Los Dos?
Three episodes left! Whoa! In our third-to-last episode, Rachel gets in a little Twitter fight, but shows some personal growth. Walls has some exciting career news that has her both relieved and nervous at the same time. Walls shares the ways she's realized she likes to be comforted. Rachel fantasizes about what she'd do with an obscene amount of money. Walls recommends some towels that will have you feeling like heaven at an accessible price. Rachel recommends two pieces of art (one poem, and one poem set to an orchestral piece) that just might have you feeling something grand.
What would you do with an obscene amount of wealth? Have you figured out yet how you like to be comforted? Let us know on Instagram and Twitter. Emails and voice memos are welcome at withrachelandwalls@gmail.com!

Ep. 97: It's a Journey, Not a Destination
It's the Final Four episodes! Walls has had a big work-life shift this week, and Rachel has confirmed that JIF really is the only peanut butter for her. There's a conversation about dermatillomania (skin-picking) and the benefits of working with a dermatologist. As the hosts look back on two years of the show, they ask questions from the archive. Walls has a DJ name worthy of middle school lunchroom conversation, and Rachel dreams of acquiring some wonderfully human skills. There's a great cookbook for beginners and, of course, one more K-pop group to blow your mind!

Our hosts are at it again! Walls talks about handling burnout and healing your nervous system, with help from a great episode of Glennon Doyle's podcast. Rachel celebrates Pride in her own small way with a summertime bop. After the break, Rachel relives a perfect day. Ep. 95: Both Repelling and Attractive
Hello June, and Happy Pride Month! It's time to call Walls, Dr. Walls because she's gone to five medical appointments in the last week, and everyone knows that's how you earn your MD! Spoiler--everything looks good. Rachel has an update on the frightening consequences of the Johnny Depp - Amber Heard defamation trial, and the questions segment proves to be a rather vulnerable space.
