He instructs that God has appointed us to a high calling while explaining that our purpose in life is to glorify God and it doesn’t change even as time changes. However, our purpose is different from our vision and the process towards achieving our vision is a mission filled with ups and downs. He also reveals that the great way to move forward is to show up on time in everything we do. Further explains that a mentor makes the journey to our destiny easier, even though a season ends in one’s life, mentors are always there to guide one at every point.

Moving forward, Joseph insists that mentors or spiritual fathers make our journey shorter and easier to hit our target in life. He also brings to our knowledge that success does not define the will of God because even evil people achieve success, rather, the will of God has success attached to it. He then discloses that being strong-willed in our opinions without being open to good counsel hinders us from achieving our prophetic destiny. Interestingly, he instructs that all who don't know their vision should serve a vision, and at the point of doing so, they will discover their vision in life. 
More interestingly, Joseph leads us to the Book of Numbers 27:15-18 to outline the importance of faithful service and submission to good leadership. As seen in the above scripture, we see that Josua must have done such a great job in serving Moses that prompted Moses to place both hands on him to anoint him as his successor. He further makes us understand that some of us are called to life service and we must do what God expects from us to reach our prophetic destiny. He then reveals that the way up to the kingdom is the way down, for he who wants to be great in the kingdom of God must learn to be the servant of all. In addition, he informs us that our countenance must always show enthusiasm in our service to God, and with such a positive attitude, nothing can stop our success.

Preach Jesus!
In today's Red Church broadcast, Joseph Z and Jeremy Pearson teach about the prosperity gospel. Joseph instructs that there isn’t anything about the prosperity gospel, but only one gospel. Jeremy agrees with this, revealing that it’s a term coined by those critical of the message, and if we’re to overlook the prosperity message, we’ll be ignoring a lot of Scripture. He clarifies that if there’s no prosperity in the gospel, it will not be good news to the poor because Jesus said, “The spirit of the Lord is upon me because He has anointed me to preach the good news to the poor”. He explains that when we preach Jesus, we receive everything that Jesus represents.

Also, Jeremy encourages us to serve our generation with the Word, teach them how to live by faith, and experience a whole life of prosperity. He makes us understand that prosperity is not just money but covers peace, wisdom, and every good thing God has bestowed on us. Moreover, having the truth in us shows that our soul is prospering, and prosperity is also learning to value what God values. Interestingly, he leads us to the book of 1 Timothy 6:6, which teaches that contentment is the key to our prosperity; it’s also learning to be thankful at every point.
Once more, he clarifies that contentment is not the same as settling. It is being grateful for where we are while staying committed to where we’re going. Again, he interprets the verse that says, “The love of money is the root of all evil”. Explaining that this means having the thought of money all the time to the point of it taking the place of God is what is evil. He further leads us to the Book of 2 Timothy 3:1 to explain why perilous times will befall the earth. He reveals that difficult times will come because men will be lovers of themselves, money, unholy, slandering lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God.

Learn how to live according to the Holy Spirit in today’s live broadcast, as Joseph Z and Pastor Bob Yandian provide insights into living in a chaotic world. Pastor Bob instructs that we need a natural and spiritual change; calling us to remember that we did not put our nation together, but God did, and He used men who made themselves available to achieve this. On the heels of this, we need men who value morals and are ready to make sacrifices for change to put our nations in order. He makes us understand that nothing is wrong with Christian nationalism because God wanted it that way until the incident with the Tower of Babel happened that led to division. However, respect should be accorded to the different nations of this world because God designed it to be so. Unfortunately, the enemy infiltrated God’s plan to attack other countries because of love for money.

Pastor Bob also reveals that world peace is possible but it will take our Lord Jesus Christ to achieve it; in the meantime, we won't have it and must guard ourselves with weapons of defense against confrontation. He further explains that until Jesus comes, there will be wars and rumors of wars until Jesus comes because He is the only one who can put an end to them. Interestingly, he discloses there’s a proper way to separate Church and State because we wouldn't want a state run without God; therefore it’s ideal for the church and state to work together with good people running the nation. He insists that we need moral people in government, to strive for unity and for the proper things to be done. 
Further, he discloses that the church can respond to global tyranny by getting Christians involved in warfare, and for more Christians to understand the bible in the military. On the other hand, Joseph observes that the church’s silence over the UFO and strange occurrences may be leading to the increase of demonic activities in our physical world. He also discloses that humans are not destined to live in heaven forever, because we’re terrestrial beings and God made us with the special purpose of living on earth. In addition, Pastor Bob prays that we rest on the peace of God that passes all understanding, rising above fear in this world filled with so many fearful events.

Pastor Bob shares some lessons learned from other leaders, revealing that most leaders he has come across are not in service for themselves but for others. He also discloses that there’s no such thing as a self-made person, and reading books by prominent men of God helped him absorb certain leadership qualities. He also shares how his parents were converted and how their guidance helped him embrace the life of Christ.

Also, Pastor Bob instructs that good leaders teach us what to do while bad ones teach us things to avoid; therefore we’re to follow the steps of good leaders and desist from the path of bad leaders. He went on to share that we should choose to learn from a leader at every opportunity we get, even people we do not like. He further discloses the lessons from the leader he served under, revealing that if everyone in the body of Christ finds out where they’re supposed to be and accepts it, no force on earth can stop the body of Christ. 
In addition, he discloses how he was imparted by the leader he served while praying that all who thirst for impartation receive it by the spirit of God. He then urges us to see David as an example because he was a leader who was humble enough to repent of his sins every time he sinned against God.

In the live broadcast today, you’ll learn leadership secrets, as Joseph Z and Pastor Bob Yandian unveil virtues that every believer in Christ must have. Pastor Bob begins by sharing how he left a well-paying job as a shop manager, for a Christian role as a broadcaster which paid less than he earned as a shop manager. This decision led to another important position as a Bible teacher which later led to something bigger when the Lord called him to be a Pastor for his Church which he has pastored for thirty-three years.

Moving on, he makes us understand that God puts our lives together when we receive Him, just like Ruth who accepted the Lord, and everything fell into place in her life. He discloses the four principles of leadership; freedom from arrogance, delegation, conquering the temper, and being a visible example for those following us. He explains that arrogance is exaggerated self-esteem and puts a person in competition with everyone else; a person with arrogance is never happy because they’re condescending to those who seem to be lower and jealous of those who seem to be better. 
In like manner, Pastor Bob brings to our understanding that humility means acknowledging that everything we have comes from God, we may have nice things but we have the wisdom that everything we have comes from Jesus. He also points out delegation as an important factor in leadership because we don’t lose, but gain when we delegate. He further clarifies that if we learn to bow and respect a human full of errors and mistakes, we can bow to our Lord Jesus Christ; for leadership, is to see Jesus in others. 
Furthermore, Pastor Bob outlines how we can overcome arrogance, revealing that all arrogant people believe they’re self-made. Therefore, learning to respect those around us, and having great respect for God is a good way to rid arrogance in our lives. He prays that we walk humbly before God and in peace with those around us.
