Let's be Introspective (S1-E3‪)‬ Juggling Life

    • Philosophy

Something that can be hard to manage is introspection. Thankfully I have FINALLY reached a point in my life where I am EXCITED to dig deeper into my own mind and get to know myself. I do not know myself as well as I thought I did, and that is A-OK. If you need help getting started try asking yourselves one of the following questions. Do not just answer and move on. Take this question with you wherever you go this week. Instead of picking up your phone to mindlessly scroll, or instead of zoning out on your car ride to work... turn the question over and over and see all the sides you didn't before. The good. The bad. And the ugly. Take your time. Self discovery is a process that NEVER ends.

Is it more important to love or be loved?
How many of my friends would I trust with my life?
Who has had the greatest impact on my life?
Would I break the law to save a loved one?
Would I steal to feed a starving child?
What is life asking of me?
I really wish others knew this about me . . .
Name what is enough for you.
If my body could talk, it would say . . .
Write a list of questions to which you urgently need answers.”

I have changed my perspectives on some big ticket believes this year. Listen along to hear my thought process!
