Remembering Yesterday + Thinking of Tomorrow

Remembering Yesterday + Thinking of Tomorrow

A few thoughts as I begin reading Sigurd F. Olson's "Of Time and Place" which was Olson's last work before his death. I was recording outside because everyone in my family was napping - please excuse the wind sounds! :)

If I Could Change One Thing About Myself

If I Could Change One Thing About Myself

This episode is about a recent writing prompt. A friend and I created the World's Most Low-Key Writing Club  - which is exactly what it sounds like. It was a 10-minute writing exercise. I didn't do any editing so it's very raw but very real.  You can check it out on the blog. This podcast is supplemental information and explanations of some of the things I wrote, but you do not need to read the post for the episode to make sense. Essentially, I want you to know that your feelings and thoughts are okay to be experiencing, to get help when you can, and that the absence of self-love does not change your worthiness of love or the fact that there is love in the world for you in many forms.
