One Call Away Dahee Michelle

Lucas Dean is a talented makeup artist who I had the pleasure of working with on a styled bridal shoot in Brooklyn. As you’ll see, Lucas is such a sweetheart with a strong sense of drive and positive mentality. In the spirit of Mother’s Day, Lucas opens up about his mother’s love and support before she passed when he was 18. We’ll gab about what life as a New Yorker truly is like, and the advantage of being a rebel in the fashion industry.

Amelia is probably my favorite make-up artist in the NYC area. She is one of those people you meet and immediately feel a sense of professionalism and poise. Amelia’s worked on set for huge names like Nike, Harpers Bazzaar, and Facebook. In our interview, we take a closer look into her life and chat about our approaches to finding love, we speak openly about alcoholism, and we’ll chat about the hustle that will set you apart from the rest in the lucrative industry that is fashion. Tom is the owner of Egg Studios NYC and is an amazing freelance commercial photographer. Tom's work is so clean and identifiable, and I've been fortunate enough to work with him a few times already. Our normal off-work interactions mainly comprise of sharing dog TikToks and chatting about project ideas. So I called him up and we got down to the real talk, real quick. Given the current surge in asian hate crimes, we discuss our own personal experiences with asian hate. We also discuss Tom's experience in building a successful studio business from the ground up, and our ideas of what "success" truly means.

Greta Rolli is a model signed with Elite NYC and the new CEO of Greta Louise Jewelry. This could very well have been one of those connections that faded after first meet. But we jumped on a call and bonded quickly.
