In this episode, we sat down in honor of Suicide Prevention Month, and talked about depression, specifically Smiling Depression. We talked about it effects and how to encourage someone you know who is struggling with depression, as well as shared tips on how to deal with it yourself. This month we really want you all to know that you are loved and not alone!
