The Journalists Theatre Company presents Sounds From an Empty City, an audio anthology series of devised, semi-immersive experiences. Each piece is created from the perspective of an unsure world, a world that feels physically empty, but emotionally full and teeming with the lives disrupted.

Every few weeks, we’ll be sharing with you self-contained audio dramas, along with a suggested listening spot, that are made to transport you from your world into the world of your imagination. These spots can be a park, the subway, a spot downtown, or even just your kitchen, each tied to the story’s setting. We’re creating the opportunity for theatrical adventures, but our stories are just as entertaining when listening from the comfort of your own home.
