That's Not What Andrea Told Me Kayse Horton

In this episode, Andrea continues on the topic of Feminism - this time second wave. Not to be upstaged, Kayse has a few anecdotes from her personal files. The TL;DR is that we made some progress but it's ok if you think things kind of suck.

Today on the pod and in honor of Women's History Month, Andrea is going to do a wee lecture on Women's Identity, Rights and Issues from one of her classes! As you may remember, she is a professor who focuses on women in politics. Let's take a look back in US history on how the founding fathers worded who was a citizen, who decided women couldn't vote and why it's not a great idea to lock women and children into buildings. Ok so, this is actually a really old episode. We recorded it last year before we went on our sister trip to Scotland than time ran away from us. It's what we were currently reading and MAN have we really gone wild in the SJM universe since then!
