    If you want to create a positive future, start with your thoughts. A champion like Michael Jordan always believed he was the best, and that belief fueled his success. Similarly, if you think bad things will happen, you’ll likely experience negativity. Your thoughts shape your reality.

    Your actions must align with your positive thoughts. If you believe you’re healthy but eat unhealthy food, you’ll see that your actions don’t match your thoughts. Aligning your actions with your beliefs strengthens your mindset and transforms your experience.

    You don’t have to aim to be the best in the world. Aim to be the happiest, most fulfilled version of yourself. Focus on thoughts of love, joy, and light.
