It gives me great pleasure to welcome Brian Timoney from Brian Timoney Actor's Studio (https://www.briantimoneyacting.co.uk/) in London as our guest co-host on today's episode where we will dive into Brian's background and his approach to Method Acting.

I recently had the opportunity to attend a 2-week virtual Method Acting training class that Brian delivered in January 2023 and I was so impressed with the safe and nurturing environment that Brian created for actors to explore The Method. 

On this episode 53, we talked about the history of Method Acting, discussed a bit about a few of the lesser known, but massively important acting figureheads from the Moscow Art Theatre [specifically Nikolai Demidov and Eugene Vakhtangov], explored an aspect of the actor's process that could be considered quite controversial to many actors and teachers, and finally chatted about one of Brian's approaches called "Fantastic Realism"

It gives me great pleasure on this day, November 11, 2022, which is Veterans Day here in the US, to welcome Ben Grimes from "The Breach" Podcast and the Riverside Actors Theatre in Arkansas, as our guest co-host on today's episode where we will dive into how Ben's unique background in theater and the military and how that has helped him create an important and meaningful theater company that is focused on serving those that have served.

In this final episode of the 3 part series exploring the Michael Chekhov Acting Technique, @actorsapproachcrafttoolbox gives a third absolute masterclass into Michael Chekhov's World.



We explore Character Techniques that look at the Character vs The Ideal Image of the Character.
