Why Did They Make The Declaration Of Independence? (Aaliyah Durrin)

    My Script:

What is the purpose of the Declaration of Independence? Well the making of this constitution of laws was proposed after the failure of the previous set well known as the Articles of Confederation. The patriots first aimed at the idea of having a completely different government whom they were fighting ( past tense ). While the men realised what and how to solve the mysteries of complications, they scraped the Article and created a new one. For instance, the patriots had a good explanation for having no single leader, furthermore because their past leader sucked, but soon they realised the lack of leadership in the government as the skirmishes broke out between the borders on the 13 states. As they were first hoping for no king other known as one person in charge, they needed some sort of chain leading up to that part to have a true stable government. No single leader stayed in consideration as well America needed a person to make a final decision.  Well no exactly one person. A French lawyer by the name philosopher Montesquieu ( sorry for butchering that name ) coined the separation of powers, in his influential 18th century work ¨Spirit of Laws¨. His concept of a government divided into legislative, executive, and judicial branches acting independently of each other inspired framers of the United States. The Continental Congress divided the power of one king into three equal fragments of the government. Taking the actions of the causes of the American Revolution and mistakes of the Article of Confederation, the Declaration of Independence was born in 1776. America's goal to make their own government was finally achieved. ( And then if you have any add some bloopers for comedy because that's just you. EMBARRASS YOURSELF! )
