This is SPARKRUN! It's our 300th pod (298 + 2)! Nicola breaks from Ultra Race Director duties to go to Cosmeston Lakes parkrun in Wales, we find out who is a human embodiment of her parkrun history, and Danny, the 850 tw*t, goes to Wakehurst parkrun and does his final parkrun.

A thrummingly positive pod this week! Nicola was at the adorable Whitekirk Hill parkrun in East Lothian, Scotland, whilst Danny was at the tremendous Holkham parkrun in north Norfolk.

Whilst Nicola's up a mountain, Mark Brocklehurst joins Danny for this week's pod. Royalty blue plaques, parkrun France updates, Netherlands quickies, Mark micro-profiles Peacehaven parkrun and Dartboard Danny stayed close to home, just because.
