ファンドは投資して回収して、稼いでおしまい、なんて簡単な話ではなく、色々とある法律や規制に基づいて設立して、登記して、あちこちに期中報告して、最後には誰も知らないところで清算して消えていくのです。

今回は、そんな、ちゃんとしたファンド仕事とは、地味で日陰だけど大事だからみんなちゃんとやろうよ（笑）、というお話です。

やっと櫻井先生の自己紹介が完成し（笑）、ファンドの弁護士さんのお仕事ってなあに、という本題に入れました。結構世の中ではファンド専門の弁護士先生は、ファンドを作ることしかしない、と思われがちで、そこに他業種の士業の方も入っているようですが。。。そんなにこの仕事は甘くないので、だから弁護士先生たちと私たちはお仕事をするのです。

今回は、そんな、ちゃんとした仕事をするならちゃんとしたパートナーと仕事しましょうね、というお話です。
