    日本時間、金曜の夜8時は日本語ニアクラスでストレス発散！

    アイラブフラ〜ハワイ日系人の誇り、アロハなドリス先生のダンス人生とは？

    ライフコーチ、Martaの『新年を迎えるアドバイス』人生をロッククライミングに例えたら？

    今年のラストエピソード！今回はこの1年を振り返りながら、来年、どんな心構えで生きていくべきか、メンタルフィットネス・トレイナー、ライフコーチとして活躍するマータ・チャコウスカさんと一緒に、考えていきたいと思います。 マータさんはポーランド出身。実はプロのロッククライマーであり、世界中の岩壁（がんぺき）をよじのぼってきたスーパーアスリート。 ところが、ある日、メキシコでロッククライミングをしていた時につかんだ岩が崩れ、なんと30フィート落下し、地面に叩き落とされ、生死を彷徨ったことがあります。その最悪の瞬間に、マータさんは、「自分の人生、これから何をしていこう？」と考え、ライフコーチになることを決断したそうなんです。死にそうな思いをした経験だったけど、それが人生で最高の経験だったと彼女は言います。 そんなマータさん、実は、カカアコのマインドフムーブメントスタジオ、S MCの立ち上げの時に大活躍した方。現在はコロラドにお住まいで、SMCはお手伝いはしていませんが、今も、SMCでメンタルフィットネスのオンラインワークショップをしたり、ライフコーチのセッションも、SMCを通して予約することができますし、ずっと繋がっているそうです。 今回は、現在ポーランドに里帰り中のマータさんに、今年を振り返ってみて、私たちが学んだこと、そして来年2022年、どんな心構えで生きていくべきか？ライフコーチならではのアドバイスをズームで伺った様子をお届けしたいと思います。 On today’s podcast, I got to talk to a mental fitness trainer, life Coach, Marta Czajkowska on zoom call.
