We discuss his new entrance music 'YAKATA' composed by John Kiernan. We talk about Rico's recent appearance for AAW Pro, where he got caned by ECW legend The Sandman.

Rico tells us about starting out his training at The Monster Factory in New Jersey. Being trained by Damien Priest (Punishment Martinez) and QT Marshall and starting out with MFPW. Rico tells us about the awesome recruits coming through the Factory around that same time.

We discuss Rico's time with Ring of Honor and what led to him wrestling in Wisconsin, before wrestling in Illinois for the likes of Galli Lucha and AAW Pro. We also discuss LA SOCIEDAD BORICUA and his tag team partner, Axel Rrrrrrrrrrrrico. Plus, so much more!!!
