In this episode of the NP Business Matter Podcast, I'm talking with Irene Bean DNP, FNP, PMHNP,  FAANP.  Irene is a business owner and is the founder of the Tennessee Nurse Practitioner Association and is also currently the state representative for TN for AANP.

Our conversation was not long enough to cover all we wanted, but we did talk about how Irene got started in business and the importance of planning and how all that pertains to leadership. You'll notice that sometimes opportunities arise when you are not necessarily looking for them. And if you are looking for them, they may appear in a different way than you anticipated.
