- Self-Improvement
Exhaustion and motherhood might go together like peanut butter & jelly, but sometimes there’s more to the story. In early April 2020, I learned that what I was experiencing wasn’t just “pandemic stress & overwhelm.” I had Epstein-Barr Virus...aka mono. Thanks to my slobbery (and cute) 1-year old.
Six months later, I’m still fighting it (womp, womp). So self-care planning to the rescue. With my trusty PowerSheets® in hand, there are 3 ways I’m aiming to slow down to kick this virus for good and eventually reclaim my energy for my 4Q and 2021 goals.
In this episode, I’m sharing how I made my way through the realization that what I was dealing with was more than just pandemic stress and motherhood in 2020, what a self-care plan is NOT, why self-care really does have to come before successful productivity, and my 3 favorite ways to hit “pause.”
If you’re wondering if your exhaustion might be more than meets the eye, or if you’re just looking for a self-care reset that feels super achievable and refreshing, then tune into this episode and take action with one simple idea!
