Gerry G. and Tony E.came together over a mutual love of hip-hop, nu-disco, and funky fresh beats... These two Cats have been making their impact in the music world over the last decade; pursuing different genres and identities, constantly expanding and improving. Late last year, the duo Amine Edge and Dance recorded a set opening up with Thee Cool Cats "Hand On The Pump," Which gave the virtual unknown’s more recognition than they could have ever hoped for, causing a train reaction of support from major players in the industry.

After all of this, they release their debut E.P. called Stay Trill on the infamous Nurvous Records, 3 out of the 4 tracks from the E.P. reach the top 100 Indie/Nu Disco charts Do It ( #12), Miss My Love (# 32) and DFA (#46) Amine Edge gives the duo his full support, and eventually a release on his new label, “CUFF Records”, with the track Hand on the Pump being featured on Pete Tong's BBC radio 1 show It’s gone nowhere but up from there.

Earning support from artists like Tough Love, Steven Lee, Kenny Dope, Tapesh, Balcazar & Sordo, Louie Fresco, SION, Paolo Mojo, Newbie Nerds, Rafael Cerato, Clouded Judgement, Crazy P, while also working on collaborations with many of these such Tough Love, Upstroke, Steven Lee. This is set to be the first of many years that will see a steady flow of raw and melodic music emerging from the Cats den. With their release on CUFF titled “Hand on The Pump E.P.” slated for this summer, their 2nd E.P. on Nurvous titled "Play It Again" also set to be released in early July and a release titled "Got Body" for Tough Love's new imprint Get Twisted set to be released in August, plus countless remix work for labels such as Kumasi, Sleazy Deep, Nurvous, and Cream Couture there sure seem to be muchas bombshells getting ready to be unleashed to the crowds, let this be the year of the sexican cats... THEE COOL CATS.
