Today I’m joined by Dr. Mike Simpson. Mike served over 30 years in the military as an Airborne Ranger, a Green Beret, and a doctor of emergency medicine assigned to the Joint Special Operations Command. Mike was still running missions in Afghanistan with U.S. Special Forces when he was 48 years old. He now uses his extensive knowledge of training and medicine to help men over 40 achieve peak physical condition. He is the author of new book called Honed: Finding Your Edge as a Man Over 40.
