    Episode Summary: In this episode, I talk about the importance of setting up the lens through which we want to look, as we look back to what we've accomplished and experienced. As 2019 is nearing its end, now is a perfect time to take stock of what the past year (and the past decade) has offered us. Bridge and Ken. A. Paller in 2012 in the Journal of Neuroscience, and is titled “Neural Correlates of Reactivation and Retrieval-Induced Distortion”.     A Lightworker is a person who, simply put, feels the call to be a light in the world - in whatever way may seem fitting to them. It's an inclusive word, which I love so much! The most important thing to know is that there is nothing to do to become one. It's inherent to a person's intent to share their heart, love, wisdom, kindness with the world, in small or big ways. There are many lightworkers out there who don't even know the term, or that they are one! Now if you're unsure of whether you are a lightworker or not, chances are, you probably are one!     About Noémie, host of The Lightworkers Collective Podcast: Hi there! My name is Noémie Lee Johnson, and you can find me at LadyNuage.com. I'm an intuitive and empath, and I consider myself a Lightworker.
