Creating safe spaces for our coaches requires us to be aware of our own emotions and know how to regulate ourselves and stay grounded to do the work we do as coaches.   Understanding the energy you bring into the coaching space is a key skills in coaching, as is having the skills and approaches to change and shift your energy. In this episode, we'll be talking about the importance of emotional stability and some effective ways to maintain a healthy dynamic in your coaching relationship.
