I bet how hard it is for you to resist all the mouth-watering animal products—sausage, pizza, chicken, etc. For how long can you ignore the urge? Can you do without these animal products altogether? Bre Turner is an IFBB Bikini Pro. A very unique thing about Bre is that she is a vegan competitor who has embraced a vegan way of life and still continues to thrive in this sport. 
 
In this Episode, Bre will share with us her vegan diet and how she integrates her vegan way of life into her relationships as well.
