    • Mental Health

Janisha Mickens-Ingram AKA “UR Happy Therapist”, LMFT, was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and resides in Compton, CA. Janisha has been in the mental health field for over 16 years. She currently operates a private group practice and leads at a wellness center. Janisha found a passion for facilitating StudyRite when she found herself not benefiting from just the books. Janisha believes in getting the community to grow without “breaking the bank”. Janisha, as a first-time exam passer, realized that the future therapist community needed another stream that offered the same quality as the higher hitters but for a more reasonable price. Janisha specializes in assisting those who suffer from lack of self-esteem, codependency, attachment/detachment issues, decrease of self-worth, depression, anxiety and all-around fear of success. Her main focus is breaking generational patterns with empowerment and igniting resiliency.
