Reflection: All I want for Christmas is... Peace

Once again it is Christmas time and many people are doing their Christmas shopping. There are different gifts one can buy for their loved ones. These gifts can be expensive, or of a cheap price, large or small, gifts that can reflect the need
of the person or just a way to pamper the person.

What would you like to receive for Christmas as a gift? A laptop, a mobile phone, a dress, a new car?  For me, I only want one kind of gift this Christmas.

All I want for Christmas is… Peace. I would want to meet with people of a different faith from mine, to exchange peace with each other and to live in peace with one another. Imagine living in peace! How different the world would be! Imagine being at peace with your neighbour. This is possible if we put our differences aside, forgiving each other making way for the love of God in our midst.

So, Happy Christmas to all, go and make peace with all, so the world may see the love of the new born Jesus in the world.

Jesus here is showing the importance of being gathered together in the name of Christ.

Do you believe that when two or more are gathered together in His name, Jesus is present in
their midst?

Jesus is present, Jesus is amongst those who are gathered in His name.

Have faith, keep praying together, so it will be done by the Father in heaven.
