With over 38 years of United States National service, Naval Officer and civilian federal employee Emily Harman developed extensive knowledge and experience in leadership, advocacy, government contracting, and public speaking.

Throughout her career Emily has mentored hundreds of people within, and outside of, the United States Government.

In her personal life she has mentored underprivileged children, while forming a support group for parents whose children are/were addicted to drugs or alcohol.

Emily recently retired from federal service as a member of the Senior Executive Service. Her successful career path and life experiences weren’t random; they were derived from a strong desire to serve others.

Emily now serves others as a personal life coach and small business consultant, finding deep satisfaction in helping others realize their own potential, and achieve their goals.

Emily is also the host of the highly successful podcast series, ‘ONWARD’; with over 10,000 downloads, this series features authentic conversations on a diverse range of topics. Each week Emily interviews a guest on how they have moved Onward, when confronted with life’s inevitable challenges.
