How do you manage your health over the holidays? This week we’re gaining some mega health inspiration from a Mother-Daughter pair, Jennifer Tremblay + Samantha Eaton. Jennifer + Samantha are both Certified Nutritional Health Coaches who support and inspire one another in their individual entrepreneurial endeavors to educate people on how to treat the body as a whole.
Samantha explains to us the difference between a nutritionist and a health coach and counting calories versus intuitive eating, while Jennifer educates us on the benefit of essential oils and how to use them safely. We talk corporate world to solo-preneuring, the catalyst events for entering the holistic health realm, becoming a “recovering perfectionist”, and we discover what “Mom-googles” are. We learn that both Jennifer and Samantha have always had the entrepreneurial spirit throughout their education and careers and we gain their perspectives on how to become successful entrepreneurial women in the holistic health field.
