Lisa Van Ahn is a professional boxer and kickboxer. She found her way to the sport after years of trauma and being victimized. Once she began kickboxing, her self-esteem soared and she was able to heal those wounds. She realized there were many things she didn’t have the opportunity to learn as a young girl to ensure her safety so she created the I AM Initiative; a confidence-building curriculum girls and young women.
