Podcast Ep.306 ,

So Insightful even though I am not a mother!

Erica is an amazing podcast host and really guides each episode with an authentic approach. I admired her thoughtful questions in the episode with Dr. Quincee. Loved it!

Thank you……

I can cry as I’m writing this review because this podcast has walked me through the darkest time of my life. I suffered from PPA and PPD with my third child that started when he was 2 months old. The guilt I felt everyday for my intrusive thoughts, the anxiety I felt upon waking up every morning, my life felt gloomy. It literally seemed like the sun didn’t shine the same. It was as if I was in a shadow. This podcast helped me understand what I was going through physically/chemically/ emotionally. It made me feel like I wasn’t alone and gave me hope that I would feel better. It helped me give myself grace and now I’m 15 months PP still learning so much and there’s weeks that the new podcasts hit the nail on head for what I’m going through. I’m SO thankful I found this podcast and I want to mention I found it through attending groups on PSI for PP support. I always suggest it to any new mom I see struggling regardless of if they’ve been diagnosed. I just want to thank you Erica, just hearing your voice in the intros soothes me. Sending love, grace and healing from Connecticut. Love Candace

Great Questions

Erica is a really good interviewer - her guests are great, but it is also her skill at asking that right questions. I think she knows her audience very well, and is great at getting information out of guests that really matters to us listeners.
