This week I sit down with my badass husband, TSGT Austin Bicskei to talk all things mental performance within the special operations community.

Austin is a Tsgt in the USAF and works within the SERE (Survival, Evasion, Resistance, Escape) community. His job is to train pilots and air crew how to survive and evade being captured in survival situations. 

He was recently named NCO (non-commissioned officer) of the year for his unit and is 1 of only 550 people within the SERE career field.
