As an acclaimed author, attorney, corporate director, television commentator, and athletic coach, Gary brings a range of diverse perspectives to his work on leadership, management, and innovation. He's co-authored numerous best-selling books (including One Size Fits One, Maslow on Management, and Douglas McGregor, Revisited) and has served on a variety of public, private, and non-profit boards. He is currently Chairman of the Board for CellTech Metals.

In 1992, Gary co-founded the Center for Innovative Leadership, an organization that helps leaders create more innovative and sustainable organizations. He also co-founded the pioneering Leadership Lessons from the Fast Lane Webcast and has served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award.
