Leaving my personal and grammatical issues with using the word "niche" as a verb aside, today I'll talk about niching. I'll go through why developing a clear niche of ideal clients for your business is necessary; how to avoid falling into predatory thinking about niching; and debunk the three most common excuses entrepreneurs use to resist developing a niche.
