060 | Body Harmony ft. Liz Morgan

The Encourage Project with Amy A. Fairchild

Have you ever felt that something in your body wasn’t quite right? Maybe you went to a doctor and were told you needed to make lifestyle changes, or you would wind up needing medication. If you’re like I am, getting curious about what you could possibly do to help yourself didn’t immediately cross your mind. Join me as I talk with Liz Morgan about how we fill our bodies is so much more than quieting our stomachs. It has the potential to heal us – and the planet.

Liz Morgan is a functional nutritionist on a mission to transform the food culture into one that makes people and ecosystems vibrant and healthy. As an environmental lawyer, Liz realized that policy solutions for healing the planet would be doomed until we learned how to heal ourselves first. Liz is the founder of Liz Morgan Nutrition, a nationwide tele-wellness clinic, and she educates and empowers her clients to understand and honor the true needs of their bodies and brains.
