Podcasts are the modern blog, people who have personality, speaking ability, charisma. More intimate than reading. Popular and easy to access.

Who, What, When, Where, Why

Tip: Important to segment: people want to do advice, personal, and interests. Stick to one topic/issue per channel

When: What days of the week are you going to post. In the early stages try not to get hung up as there is a learning curve to finding your production schedule.

Why: Personal why: Mission statement for why you want to do it

- Helps build professional brand and credibility
