In the beginning of my years in practice, I remember constantly asking people ahead of me on my journey, “What’s your secret sauce?!”
Well... spoiler alert. There is no “secret sauce.” There is no effective “Grow Your Practice Quick!” scheme. The fact of the matter is — your growth will take time and repetition.
To this day, the #1 thing that has built, and continues to grow, my thriving, multi-doc family practice is, you guessed it— REFERRALS. I know, I know. I don’t expect you to be surprised by that fact. But what I am going to bring to light in this episode is the barrier that often arises between when a patient recommends you to someone and what gets them to convert. This right here is the secret sauce, if there ever was one.
