A career writer, editor, and efficiency expert, Ayman Alam is currently the Vice President of Operations at iFrog Marketing Solutions in Easton, MD. He oversees the day-to-day operations of the Copy, Content, and Design departments, and is also the owner of many of the internal processes, documentation, and workflows for the full-service advertising/marketing agency. He earned his degrees in Journalism and Philosophy in 2005 from Salisbury University before embarking on a 15-year run as an award-winning regional sports writer. Ayman also previously worked as a technical/scientific writer for an engineering firm, and guided one of the most successful GameStop locations in the nation across 8.5 years. He's married, has no children, and his hobbies include reading, writing, attending concerts and music festivals, traveling, hiking, watching the Yankees and Knicks blow it year after year, and searching the U.S. for the perfect cheesesteak sub.

#108 Theodora Blanchfield
Theodora Blanchfield is a Los Angeles Based Writer, ketamine assisted psychotherapist, and marathon runner. Her byline has appeared on Glamour, Huffington Post, Cosmopolitan, Verywell, Bustle, Modern Loss and Daily Burn — among others! As a marriage and family therapist she specializes in treating bereavement and depression. Her experiences as an adoptee and losing her adoptive mother to cancer have helped her redefine her purpose. As a marathon runner she believes endurance running contains many life lessons: from pacing ourselves, conserving our energy, to fueling ourselves properly to get us through the times that feel good and the times that feel not-so-good. She’s also a certified personal trainer, yoga teacher, and run coach.

#106 Robert Falconer
For over a decade Robert Falconer has devoted himself full-time to IFS work (Internal Family Systems Therapy). In that time he has attended all levels of IFS training offered, and has been a program assistant many times. Bob has been at many workshops and events with Richard Schwartz both as assistant and participant. In addition to studying with many of the other senior IFS trainers, He also co-authored a book with Richard Schwartz - Many Minds, One Self, and he is now in the process of publishing his new book on IFS, Unattached Burdens and much more. It will be entitled: The Others Within Us: IFS Therapy, Porous Mind and Spirit Possession.
