Johnny Richardson is the Owner and CEO of The Richardson Group
He started his career in car sales. It was a rough start until he read How to Close Every Sale by Joe Girard. After he read that book, he dominated his dealership and crushed the competition. Later, he got into selling timeshares where he made a killing in the vacation rental industry. As luck would have it (the economy and forces out of his control), he found himself moving to Las Vegas and selling insurance.
"I was walking down the street and talking to my mom. And I'm like, you know, I love this. I got a great job. 30 hours a week great vacations do what I want. I was like, but I don't feel like this is it. And the reason why I felt like that is I wasn't building it wasn't my company. At the end of the day, I had a really good job. But you're not calling the shots. Somebody else is calling the shots."- Johnny Richardson on owning his own business.
Fast forward, he moved to Las Vegas and started selling real estate. Today, he owns one of the top selling brokerages in Southern Nevada. He has expanded his reach all over America developing a syndicate program teaching sales agents to be the top producers in the United States.
"My true passion is, on a regular basis, is I want to help develop people get to a six figure seven figure income, I want to push them in that direction and help them... There's no guidance, I want to be that person that's there helping and assisting them to where they can look at me and it's like: 'thank you, Johnny Richardson. I appreciate you taking me assisted me and helped me get those next levels.' And that's what brought me to where I am here today. Sitting with you winners."
