355: Building a Resilient Community as a Busy Mom//Jen Banks

How strong would you say your sense of community is right now? With my increasing work commitments and the ages of my kids,  I’m not finding the natural opportunities to meet up with other moms that I did when my kids were younger and going to playdates and parks and preschool. Building a community has become an increasingly difficult thing for me! That’s why I’m so thrilled I got to interview Jen Banks on my show. She inspired me to recommit to building a community—and not just any community, but a resilient community!

353: How to Declutter Your Busy Schedule// Miranda Anderson

Today I have a special treat for you. I am re-airing the audio of a class that my dear friend Miranda Anderson, taught for a group of 3 in 30 listeners back at the end of 2019. Although it was awhile ago, the wisdom that Miranda shares in this class about decluttering our busy schedules is timeless, and I knew we all needed a refresher!

351: Is your Messy House Getting You Down? // Carly Thornock

I’ll confess that my house is often quite messy. I value order - I feel like I can think better when my house is clean! But with two creative children, a busy husband, a growing business, and an active dog, there is evidence of a lot of living in our home. Thankfully, Carly Thornock is here to help all of us learn ways we can intentionally manage the mess without having it get in the way of those relationships that matter the most to us.

I love this concept!

I love the idea of making a podcast quick and easy to listen to and learn from! I'm really enjoying this podcast! It’s pretty much the only one I listen to! Great ideas for moms and families covering a wide variety of topics! Rachel is wise and kind. Great interviewer!

A mom who misses good insight ,

Too much sales

I used to love what she had to say.. but recently is more just “buy my course” “buy my journal”. I miss the actual podcasts.

Helpful but intros are always too long

I’ve only listened to 3 episodes and have enjoyed them all so far. My only criticism is that I’ve never listened to podcasts where the intro/promo is so long on every single episode. It’s especially annoying considering how short the shows are. Must you sell your services on every single episode?
