Today I welcome one of my dearest friends, a master teacher, and an incredible healer—Hilary Jackendoff! She will be sharing herself and her meditation practice, known as Yoga Nidra. The majority of today’s episode will be this deep meditation for your nervous system reset.
Yoga Nidra is deeply relaxing, improves sleep quality, and helps you feel at home in yourself. It is also a very accessible practice that is truly for EVERYONE! Personally, I take this meditation with me everywhere. I do it on my most exhausting days and my most uplifted days to connect, reboot, and increase my energy.
