Before you get too excited, you might want to step back and pause. Watch. Listen. Understand. Because in a culture that sees people as the problem (isn't that why you have HR, Change Management Workshops or External Coaches) there's something demanding your attention. We'll get to culture - trust me- but right now I'm asking you to think design. You already have the answers. You just haven't been noticing the actual questions.
