Psalm 110: 4 is very precious. The Father has sworn to make the Lord our eternal High Priest. The oath shows God’s determination, including that the Lord had to be a man forever, and that He had to bear our sins and die for us. Moreover, it lets us know that He will be responsible for our life forever. The oath also tells us that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit all endured the suffering of the cross. This Psalm tells us that God will not change His mind, and He guaranteed that all this will be done. Indeed, we are the love dream of the Father and the Lord. We need the Lord to be our priest, to help us to know God continually. We are surrounded by the infinite love of the Father, the infinite love of the Lord and the infinite love of the Holy Spirit.
