Amy and I met last fall in a podcasting course. I was fortunate to be put into a weekly meeting group with her and two other wannabee podcasters, and we’ve maintained weekly zoom group chats ever since. 

 

In this episode, Amy and I talk about taking responsibility for our energy and how it affects others. We chat about Oprah, assholes in a room, shit shields, and so much more. We are using an episode from the Yes/And podcast by Judi Holler called as the foundation for our conversation.
