Kim begins her journey dating back to early 2000 beginning with her late husband battling and then later losing his battle to Leukemia, becoming a mom, tackling post-partum and trying to hold on to a job she no longer saw herself.  Kim takes the trials that she's gone through and turns them into Golden Nuggets of how she learns to be transparent and how to not be afraid to ask for help. She also recommends that Delete & Delegate should be part of your everyday life.

Kim Fuller is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, psychotherapist, author, trainer, founder and CEO of Fuller Life Concepts, Inc., a therapeutic agency that helps women and children manage anxiety and depression using evidence-based models.  Her goal is to inspire hard working professionals to experience healing from within by challenging their fear-based habits and focusing on personal growth.  Before starting Fuller Life Concepts, Kim provided leadership and treatment interventions at several large nonprofit mental health agencies in Los Angeles County.

With more than 20 years of experience as a marriage and family therapist, Kim came to understand how successful individuals make bigger strides towards goals when they are being held accountable to themselves and others.  She challenges her clients to manage their nutritional health, side by side with emotional well-being.

Her transparent way of sharing her story and breadth of knowledge has been featured in Balanced Mom Magazine and earned her opportunities to speak at University of Southern California and University of California Irvine on trauma, stress and healing.

Kim understands that it is difficult to be in stressful situations which can cause anxiety and self-doubt.  Her first-hand knowledge of triumph after tragedy is featured in the amazon best-selling book Mommy Divas on the Move: 16 Essential Secrets for Mompreneurs.
