They also touch on the importance of storytelling in engaging audiences and the pitfalls of reading from a script. Meridith shares tips on effective body language and eye contact during presentations, and reflects on her own journey and advises her younger self to "get over yourself" and keep showing up, even after a bad experience.

Meridith Grundei is the owner of Grundei Coaching, LLC, specializing in public speaking and presentation skills.
