Spring is upon us and it is time to put away those winter blues and open the blinds to warm weather and longer relaxing days.
It's easy to get stuck in a life, workout, or even a business rut that’s why as we move from one season to the next it is a great time to change up our routines. Dust them off and spruce them up with new things- new workouts, new meal plans, new business ideas and the list goes on.
I’m a big fan of seasonal detoxing of not just my life but of my environment as well.
