40% of women report that they had an orgasm the last time they had sex. And in that same study, 80% of men reported that their women did have an orgasm.
The evidence is clear that there is an orgasm gap.
Many women struggle to reach orgasm during sex. Yet so many women in our community tell us that their doctors are not supportive. Feeling resigned to what they have heard, many Pleasure Collective members didn’t believe they could do anything about it until they started working with us.
Listen to this episode to hear Dr. Jordin share 5 things you can try to help bridge the orgasm gap.
1. Stop putting time pressure on yourself 2. Try different types of stimulation3. Revamp foreplay4. Stop worrying about finishing at the same time5. Mix it up
