Looking back to move forward with purpose and intentionality!
This has been a year of both ups and downs. I’m not disappointed this chapter is coming to end. Along with my love-hate relationships with rollercoasters, it’s a great metaphor for life. Learning from the ups and downs is where the valuable lessons are to utilize in the future.
As a coach, I’m always stressing to my clients to look back to move forward. Let’s look back on the past 365 days to move into the next 365.
