Dr. Ford completed her doctorate in Higher Education at the University of Georgia Louise McBee Institute of Higher Education, her M.S. in Genetics at Howard University, and her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Norfolk State University. With more than 25 years of experience in Academic and Student Affairs, she has built a strong foundation for driving strategies and solutions in academic policy, student success, student affairs and enrollment management. Whether handling existing student services, training staff on change initiatives or developing new academic support programs, she acknowledges the challenges and collaboration required to accomplish growth.
