#14 - Changing the Face of Leadership with Ashley Milbury

The Peaceful Productivity Podcast

In this episode, I am joined by Ashley Milbury to talk about the changing face of leadership.

Ashley is the Youth Programs Manager with Minerva B.C., a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing women in leadership.

Her purpose is to create spaces for people to make meaningful connections.  She cares deeply about emboldening the next generation of women leaders to find their voice and to use it.

In this interview, Ashley shares her wisdom and experience in working with the leaders of tomorrow.

I was inspired by her reflections on leadership development, on mentoring these young leaders, and the nature of work during a time of significant change.

"I think one of the most important gifts that we can give young women is not trying to tell them that they have to be somebody else.   (It's to) encourage them to know that they already are enough."  ~ Ashley
