14: Overcoming limiting beliefs and nurturing a positive mindset with Nicol‪a‬ Real Health with Rach

On this episode, I sit down with Nicola Hatfield, a Success & Confidence coach who focuses on mindset work and goal achievement with her clients. She is my first international guest coming to us all the way from the United Kingdom! I love her accent almost as much as I love her energy and passion for her work. During the show, we discuss limiting beliefs - what they are, where they come from, and how to overcome them. If you feel like you're the only one who focuses on the negative, it's not your fault! Our brain's default programming is to see the negative and you have to make a conscious effort to override that. Nicola leaves you with some tactical advice to create and maintain a positive mindset, which I think we could all use a little more of right now.
